Total time from order to delivery is approximately 12 weeks: about 10 weeks for production, plus roughly 2 weeks for freight shipping to your address. Free shipping to all 48 continental US states. You'll receive a tracking number and a delivery appointment call 2–3 days in advance.

12-year structural frame warranty — the longest standard warranty in the US market. If the frame fails due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it. 5-year panel warranty on all polycarbonate and glass panels. Cancel within 7 days of ordering for a full refund, no questions asked.
