Greenhouse structures ship via freight carrier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after your order is confirmed. Pre-orders (Summer 2026 batch) are scheduled for August–September 2026 delivery. You'll receive a tracking number and carrier contact details by email once your order ships. Freight deliveries require someone to be present to sign — we'll give you advance notice of your delivery window.

Most customers assemble their greenhouse solo or with one helper over a single weekend — no special tools or skills required. Every structure ships with a full step-by-step assembly manual, and all parts are pre-cut, pre-drilled, and numbered. If you'd prefer professional installation, we offer assembly service in select areas — contact us and we'll check availability for your zip code.

All ZenGreenhouses structures come with a 12-year structural frame warranty and a 5-year panel warranty — the longest standard warranty in the market. If anything fails due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it at no cost. For extra peace of mind, our optional Lifelong Zen Warranty ($150 one-time) extends your frame coverage for the lifetime of the product.

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 7 days of placement for a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, cancellations may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%. Glass transmits 100% of sunlight, looks stunning, and lasts 15+ years — the premium choice for serious growers who want maximum light and a beautiful structure. Polycarbonate transmits 88% of light, insulates better in cold climates, and handles heavy snow loads exceptionally well. Choose glass if aesthetics and light are your priority. Choose polycarbonate if you're in Minnesota, Vermont, or any heavy-winter state.

Most greenhouses anchor to a level gravel base, concrete pad, or timber frame — no permanent foundation required. A compacted gravel base (4–6 inches deep) is the most popular choice: drains well, easy to install, and low cost. Concrete is better for large structures or very windy locations.
