By placing an order on ZenGreenhouses.com you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

Products are sold by ZEN Greenhouses, operating from the United States. For questions contact us at shop@zengreenhouses.com.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is processed. Pre-orders are charged at the time of order placement.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All greenhouse structures are shipped via freight carrier. Delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supply conditions. Free freight shipping applies to the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders may incur additional charges.

4. Assembly

Assembly of all greenhouse structures is the customer's responsibility unless a professional installation service has been separately purchased. ZenGreenhouses provides assembly guides and customer support to assist with the process.

5. Pre-Orders & Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement for a full refund. After 7 days, pre-orders are considered confirmed and cancellations may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.

6. Returns & Refunds

Accessories and small items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a full refund. Greenhouse structures are non-returnable once assembly has begun. Freight return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival. To initiate a return, email shop@zengreenhouses.com with your order number and photos of the item.

7. Warranty

ZenGreenhouses greenhouse structures come with a 12-year structural frame warranty and a 5-year panel warranty. The optional Lifelong Zen Warranty extends frame coverage for the lifetime of the product. Warranty claims are handled directly by ZenGreenhouses — email shop@zengreenhouses.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange replacement parts or a resolution at no additional cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZenGreenhouses is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the original purchase.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data solely to process orders and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.

12. Changes to These Terms
