Free US Freight — Every Order

All ZenGreenhouses orders ship free to the contiguous United States (48 states). No minimum order. No hidden freight charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery Timeline

Pre-orders (Summer 2026 batch): Delivery is scheduled for August–September 2026. You will receive an email confirmation with your estimated delivery window once your order is processed.

In-stock accessories and small items: Ship within 3–7 business days via standard carrier.

Greenhouse structures: Ship via freight carrier within 7–14 business days of order confirmation. Freight delivery requires someone present at the delivery address to sign for the shipment.

Alaska, Hawaii and International

Freight delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is available with an additional surcharge. Email shop@zengreenhouses.com before ordering for a custom quote. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

• You will receive a tracking number and carrier contact by email once your order ships.
• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Someone must be present to sign for the shipment.
• Inspect carefully before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
• If damage is found, photograph it immediately and email shop@zengreenhouses.com within 48 hours.

Damaged or Missing Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@zengreenhouses.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange replacement parts or a resolution at no additional cost.
