Accessories & Small Items

Unused accessories in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, email shop@zengreenhouses.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Greenhouse Structures

Greenhouse structures are custom freight items. Once assembly has begun, the structure cannot be returned. If you have not begun assembly and wish to return the structure, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@zengreenhouses.com. Freight return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement for a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Once a structure has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@zengreenhouses.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange replacement parts or a full resolution at no cost to you.

Warranty Claims

All greenhouse structures include a 12-year structural frame warranty and a 5-year panel warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns — email shop@zengreenhouses.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
